Across Wake County, teachers are meeting together using student testing data in professional learning communities to better plan instruction.
While teachers met in the past to talk about teaching, Paige Elliott, the Wake County Teacher of the Year, says this new tool of professional learning communities is having an impact on teaching and learning.
