Here's a quick message from Wake County Human Services:
Wake County Human Services is conducting a Community Health Assessment in collaboration with community partners representing county and local governments, schools and universities, health care, financial institutions, public safety, faith organizations, and the media. The purpose of the assessment is to determine the health of the County. This includes the areas of physical, mental, economic and environmental health along with safety and education.
A survey is being conducted as part of the assessment. This survey gives important information about our community and the people who live there that can't be found in statistics. People living or working in Wake County are being asked to complete a survey to help identify important issues and needs. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. People who take the survey are not asked for their names or any identifying information. The survey, along with more information can be found at www.wakegov.com. Thank you.
Here's a direct link to the survey. For more information, call Wake County Human Services at 250-4549 or 250-1199.
