North Carolina has the highest number of National Board Certified teachers in the U.S., with Wake County having the second-highest number of certified teachers of any school district in the nation. The Wake Education Partnership and the Wendell, Knightdale and Zebulon Chambers of Commerce will be hosting a Wake Regional Educational Roundtable discussing the impact of this program dedicated to enhancing teaching quality across the country. The lunch will be from 12:00 to 1:30, February 16, at the Wendell Community Center.
