Ms. Stallings

Ms. Rhonda Stallings was born and raised in Louisburg, NC.  In 2002, she graduated from Louisburg High School and soon after attended North Carolina State University, majoring in Secondary Mathematics Education.  Upon obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in 2006, she officially moved to Raleigh, NC and started her professional journey as a High School Math Teacher Fall of 2007.  Simultaneously since 2011, she explored opportunities in Higher Education and presently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Wake Technical Community College.  Phillips High School has groomed her in being the exceptional teacher she is today and appreciates the Phillips “Phamily” vibe coming to work daily.  As the Alternative Learning Center Coordinator, she hopes to reach all students academically and push them to reach their personal goals.
Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Colorado State University.  She loves what she do every day for her students and remains excited about exploring more challenges in pursuing her goal of one day becoming a Dean or Vice Provost of a University.  For fun, she loves being outside and enjoying nature.  She is a lover of theatrical performances and attends local shows regularly.
