Seven New Schools Open in 2004-2005

The Wake County Public School System Growth Management Department presented a proposal Jan. 21 to provide students for the seven new schools opening in high growth areas of Wake County. Here is some information on those seven new schools.

Principals have been named for the seven schools. Construction continues on five campuses. Two of the schools, Jones Dairy Elementary and Salem Middle, are being used as swing space for other schools that have their campuses under renovation. .
